Great book for getting healthy! This book is jam packed with information that is so useful to people who are interested and motivated to live a healthier life. Gorgeous colors and reader friendly text, I learned so much from this guide to healthy living! I loved learning about the different types of diets in the first section- the author does a great job of highlighting the most important parts of each diet and making sure to mention that you have to pick the one that’s right for you. I never felt like I was being pressured to take the author’s opinions or point of view while reading this book- he was simply passing his knowledge onto me. Secret 3 was my favorite section of this book- mental health is so important !!! This secret really hit home for me and it was clear how significant this area is to improve my life. If you want to be healthier and happier, this book is for you! I’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends and will continue to reference this book on my health journey!

A Must Read! I’ve struggled with my weight and consequently my health since my teenage years. I’ve tried many diets, and attempted a complete lifestyle makeover many times. Each time, I successfully lost the weight, but it has always returned. So when I saw this book, which promised a no-nonsense approach to achieving a healthier lifestyle, I snatched it right up. Reading it, I have to say that it lives up to the promise in the description. The ideas in it, and the suggestions have flipped upside down all I thought I knew about dieting and healthy living. The approach outlined in this book is logical and effective, and I think it delivers on the guarantee it makes in the title. I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling to lead a healthier lifestyle.

This was by far the most visually interesting book I’ve read that wasn’t specifically a comic! It looked very professional and was a quick, easy read. It’s nice and simple and doesn’t overwhelm the reader with a million different diet and exercise regimens to try. My favorite thing by far was the inclusion of social health and mental/spiritual health in this guide to whole-body health. So many health and fitness books skip over such an important part of our personal health, so it was great to see.
