Cranberries have loads of nutrients! In this video I include cranberries in a smoothie. Greens add more alkalinity. It’s not too tart, either.
But if you like a smoothie to be sweeter and this tastes too tart for you, then add a frozen banana to this recipe.

* 1 1/2 cups filtered water
* 1 Kale leaf
* 1 Chard leaf (or a handful of spinach)
* 1 Apple
* 3/4 cup frozen Cranberries
* If the taste is too tart for you, add 1 frozen Banana
