We all know adulting can be hard af lol Especially if your like me and thought it was a bright idea to take 5 classes in one semester 2 term a and 3 term B! So I understand you guys who struggle with not knowing how or if you can lose weight while being in school. My advice: Meal prep the night before or even in the morning! When you don’t know what your guna eat we have a tendency of taking the lazy way out and eating food that has us feeling horrible and we find ourselves saying “I’ll start tomorrow” for the 1000 time!
