It’s packed full of vitamins, minerals and rehydration to help keep your body in tip top condition. Greek yoghurt, coconut water, pear, kiwi, spinach, broccoli and lime have gone into ours but feel free to experiment at home and let us know what healthy smoothie recipes you come up with. Guilty!
